Went for a color and piercing. Christie was beyond amazing. The color came out better than I expected. She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to keep my color. Simon did my piercing. He was easy to talk to and it was quick and painless. The positioning and placement was perfect! Great first impression of Hairhouse Hornsby. Can’t wait to go back!

Simon did a duel ear piercing for my 6yr olds birthday. He made her feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was such a great experience we will be going to Simon for any future piercings in the family. Thank you Simon!

This review is in regards to the colour royal line for toning hair. They dont work! A friend even warned me saying they didnt work for her either but I kept trying. Nope. The colour does not come though enough.Staff in store are lovely and helpful though.

I didn't get their name but they had a septum and really nice black and copper hair, they helped me pick out the right dye and treatment for my hair, had a great experience and I will return in the future

The people working there are awesome. They are always friendly and helpful. I went there to get my daughters hair cut. They did such an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. They have a wide range of products. Will definitely go back.

I want to book my appointment for piercing on last Tuesday but lady older lady said no we are fully booked and she said you can book on Friday I said fine I am happy to come on Friday she booked me Friday on 4:30 and on Friday I got a call from the store sorry we are canceling your appointment because we are very busy I said I already have appointment they said yes but unfortunately we are canceling your appointment without giving me any reasons.Very disappointed .
