O'Connor Lake Lookout
Located on the north end of weir, the O'Connor look out has the best view of the entire length of the weir. However, the Mundaring Weir viewing platform in the middle of the wier itself offers the complete and contrasting views of the dried up narrow channel of Helena River on the west and tranquil blue majestic C Y O'Connor lake to the east.

You can either take a long walk or go straight to the lookout. Great spots to see the sunset

Beautiful and historic location lots of informative plaques and the reservoir is spectacular. The story of the golden pipeline and CY O’Connor is very interesting. Lots of picnic tables and bbqs.

Easily accessible from the car park with some magnificent views of the reservoir and the weir itself. The view of the lake changes with every visit depending upon the height of the water. The adjoining rose garden has barbecue areas and plenty of seating. Perfect place for picnic and family outing.

Very picturesque great place to bring the family Top of the wall rather narrow if your taking a stroller or bike over but worth the look Can be chilli with a wind off the water so rug up this time of year

Very nice view of the mundaring weir and overseeing the O' Conner lake. There is also a rose garden. Very tranquil and beautiful place

Place worth seeing when you are driving around Perth hills. Nice to walk around or have a picnic in the BBQ area. Lots of cacadoo's and kangaroos around. Kids definitely would enjoy the playground
