My partner has had his rental for a few years and I moved in just over a year ago. We have had Carlee Knowles as our Rental Manager and she has been amazing. She is so lovely and explains to us what we have been charged for and why. Whenever we need anything fixed or looked at she will sort it straight away and will be really flexible with the times we can work with as 2 fulltime employers. Carlee is always very efficient with her replies as well which we greatly appreciated. Wouldn't want anyone else managing our property! Thank you Carlee for all your help!

Very happy with our property manager, Jodie Franklin. She is very responsive and prompt to our email queries. For the queries that we made, she also ensured that we were updated on its progress.I've also interacted with other members at the team at RMA (Melissa Beck and Tracey Falkingham) and they showed great professionalism and customer service.

Our property manager, Carol Tweedie has been nothing short of amazing. When we found out our lease would not be renewed 2 days before Christma,s I panicked. Carol was there for me every step of the way, easing my concerns and assisting us in finding a new rental. Her level of communication is very high, always quick to respond to any emails and happy to take my calls. Carol has made a very stressful time so much easier and I will forever be grateful to her for that.

We have been with RMA for a little over 3 years. We have had our issues with the constantly changing agents causing some communication breakdowns. Now, since we have had Jodie Franklin take over our rental property, the communication has been great and any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly.

I have been renting for the best part of 29 years and this company is by far the best one I have been with. No matter who you speak to you are always treated with courtesy and respect. Any problems or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally, communication is excellent. Courtney and Jenny have been my property managers and the have been amazing. Please do not go anywhere else!!

I have several properties & dealt with many property managers over the years. I thought was served quite well - until I came across Carlee Knowles. She is absolutely phenomenal - proactiveness, courtesy, attention to detail, customer service, knowledge about property management .......you name it & she has got it. Nothing is too difficult for her - there have been numerous times when she has returned my calls/email - after work and also on weekends.I feel quite lucky to have Carlee manage my property.

Recently went for a house viewing for 115 Calista ave, the agent couldn’t have seemed more bothered with her job. She didn’t even go into the property, spent it out the front on her phone, didn’t engage with anyone trying to talk to her and was very annoyed when you tried to talk to her about the property. Ended up not putting in an application due to the fear of future difficulty dealing with realestate and bad conditions in the house. Was a very uncommon viewing
