Very reliable, honesty, detailed guides to each step and very accurate calculation during settlement about all the fees.During my property purchase in 2016, the vendor's agent and lawyer failed to send the sales contract to my lawyers' office until 3 weeks after cooling off period end. Dispute about deposit money(0.25% of selling price1 ) was raised. Mr James Coelho and Mrs Jennifer Coelho helped me to rescind the contract first and then write a letter to vendor's lawyer according to NSW Conveyance Act. Then no reply and no answer from vendor's lawyer and selling agent. With James and Jennifer's help, a letter was sent to NSW Fair Trading. Investigation and enquiry was made by NSW Fair Trading. 9 month later, vendor's agent transferred full holding deposit fund back.
