Superb customer experience! My eye exam was very thorough and the optometrist was very caring and knowledgeable. Staff were very friendly and sorted me out with two pairs of glasses in no time at all.

Excellent and professional service. Everyone is attentive and provides top customer service and care. There are so many frames to chose from and staff are patient and helpful in helping you to decide. Optometrist was amazing with my children and explained everything clearly to me. Very happy with our Specsavers Palmerston experience every time.

The whole experience was very professional and efficient. Bridget the optometrist was very patient and knowledgeable. Aaron was also very patient and helped enormously choosing new frames, he was very open and I think honest in his opinions of what suited me more. Also when I went to collect my glasses I was looked after very quickly and efficiently. All up I would say this is an amazing team at Specsavers. Thank you so much.
