I brought my old car (320.000 kms) to get it serviced. It had a problem on the brakes but everything else was fine. As soon as I picked up the car I realized something was wrong (I reckon the gearbox) and the engine light went on just two days later. I brought the car back, they had a quick look at it but they couldn't find any problem with the car. I got told they don't have enough time for a proper check and that is not their fault. I know everything can happen to cars with heaps of kms but why was the car fine before the service and it wasn't right after it? They definitely made a mistake but they don't wanna admit it, they rather lie and leave me with a broken car and without a job (I rely on my car to go to work). Thanks Green and Kelly, I'll have to pay for your mistakes!

What a jokeThe have stuffed me around twice nowFirst time with my RWC Cert broke the clip to fold my back seats down didn't tell me had to fix it myself. Took it in for a service told them the starter wasn't working. Rang me in the arvo told me there's a problem. Came in the next day and was told it won't start at all. Felt like I was spoken to rudely. Then my misses picked it up and they had unbolted the front seat and told her she can fix it herself.Utterly disappointed with the service I was provided.....

Came for a RWC and the mechanic was open and honest, letting me know the car wasn't worth it. Exactly the answer I needed from him. Top service.

Would never go there just based off how rudely I was spoken to over the phone when trying to get an answer for a simple question. Terrible customer service

Fantastic service as always, been bringing my cars here for over 10 years and never had a complaint. Great mechanics, fair quotes and customer service is always top notch.Wouldn't let anyone else touch my car but these guys.

Brought Toyota Land Cruiser 80 series off them they had been using car themselves for customers. They then sold the car with a RWC ( did it themselves ) the gas system is 27 years out of date and tank had not been checked and stamped turned out it was not in good condition and dangerous to be on road, fuming they could live with themselves and sell a car with dodgy roadworthy knowing it wasn’t right. Would not recommend any service from them at all.
