AVOID TRADING WITH THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS (my recommendation). I bought a second hand mower from this shop, the owner told me that there is no issue with the machine and works fine. I took it home and it worked for 10mins and completely broke down. I took it to the mechanic for repair and they said it should have never been sold as a working product as the engine is about to explode. The seller won’t pick up his phone. I didn’t expect this from a business with a reputation for quality products and customer service. I am extremely disappointed with their conduct.

Have recently upgraded 2 chain saws but must say myself not being very experienced with the brand and so many types to choose from you can get so confused with what to buy when you walk into the store at Romsey so much product range to choose from. But after dealing with Peter I could not have been more satisfied with my purchase of 2 new chain saws. Peter asked me a number of questions about my needs for purchasing and what I wanted to use them for and then assisted me in what I should purchase. Very happy repeat customer and would recommend them to anyone. No pressure from Peter at all and great to deal with.

Absolutely useless. Never have anything on the shelf, always has to be ordered in and then they order the wrong parts continuously. This place is a joke, would give zero stars if I could

Fantastic customer service and well priced. We had an old, dodgy ride on mower which needed a new tire and a few other bits and pieces. The team organised it to be picked up within a few hours and once completed was dropped off back to our house. Repairs completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost.
