Just used their service to send a snowboard to Auckland NZ. Process was fast and easy. Item was dispatched pretty quick and arrived quite fast.Initially picked the $60 option with AUS Post but got a call later that I had to use a different option (Aramex) which was $130 because item was over 150cm. It was a surprise but I guess nothing much can be done there.Overall still had excellent service, easy to use, and still highly recommend them. Quick dispatch and shipping.

By far the best mail forwarding service in Australia. I use this as my Australian address to help bring packages to me (Canada). The owner is very kind and accommodating. Truly outstanding service and would highly recommend to anybody. You will not be disappointed!!

Everything went smoothly. Their pages were a little hard to understand for a first-timer though. Luckily their customer service helped me with that. I would use their services again. They also do not ask for photos of your visa and ID cards like ausff does. You should NEVER give this information to anyone on the internet. Therefore Sosmail is clearly the best option to forward your orders outside Australia.

I got my package right away. The owner shipped the day after it was sent to his warehouse. 10/10 service. Tracking was provided and came within 2 weeks to US!! Will use again and again. Prices were very reasonable.

I'm very disappointed and depressed about my item that was delivered to SOS warehouse. The item was delivered with tracking number 63322512254061 via Auspost, and my SOS mailbox number is 314126, but yet the item has not been updated to my SOS account since 2 days ago that it was delivered and I've been sending and email to the customer service but no respond yet. Please can anyone tell me what to do about this case?
