Excellent customer service!!! The lady today spent so muchh time looking in store for something i had in mind. Extremely happy with their service !! Definitely recommend them.

I would barely give this store a 1 star. The customer service we received was absolutely horrific and has definitely scarred me - I would never buy anything from this store again. We ordered a dining table and chair - we were told the chairs were in stock and that the table had to be ordered but would take only 4 weeks. It's been over 8 weeks and we finally received the call last week to have the table delivered. When I questioned why we weren't told prior to buying the table that it could potentially be 8 weeks the lady was extremely rude. On the day the table was to be delivered they delayed the delivery times twice and then cancelled. I wasted an entire Saturday. Then they scheduled for a 6pm drop-off and arrived an hour and half late.We were absolutely scarred by this entire experience. It's just not worth it. There's not even a proper customer service line - they simply send you to the store who are rude.I would recommend paying a little extra and getting your furniture from somewhere else.

Very bad customer service. Salespeople offer no flexibility. Didn't end up buying thankfully as it seems that everyone else in the reviews thinks this place is trash.Stay away!

I have removed all rubbish after original delivery, it was a trailer full and cost me $120Shop staff have tried to assist but customer care department is horrible to deal with.Replacement was ordered but had to wait 2 months again.Even everything was faulty, OZ design didn’t want to take rubbish and they have demanded from me to pay additional fee for rubbish removal, $100Dining table was cracked again on replacement delivery and had to be reordered for the second time.After all this, they wouldn’t even work with us to confirm delivery time. They only give 4 hours window so you need to take a day of from work to wait for them

Very bad customer service. Their phone had never been answered!It was really frustration and depression purchase experience with them , I would never purchase from them again and would recommend everyone to be careful while deal with them!!!

Customer satisfaction doesn't mean anything to them. They have made terms & conditions to lock your in.

I had very bad experience here, please train your staff the right way. I bought a mirror and Maha served me, she said that I need to come back in 4 weeks to pick, which I agreed, after receiving a massage that it arrived, I went to the Store and the one of the staff told me that it’s easier for me to drive to the loading dock, so I don’t need to carry a heavy box, he was nice. After going to the loading dock, the guy who works there said that I came to the wrong place I have to go to another warehouse to pick it up, and the customer service should’ve advised me, which I had no idea, she wouldn’t even smile, so I had to drive another 40mins, the traffic was crazy, I drove over 1 and half hours of driving, I wasted time petrol. I was very upset, so please don’t think customers can run around like you would not care, we have other commitments. Would not recommend this store.

Been here twice and served by two different staff members. Both times have been great and very helpful.We put a deposit down on a couch that will arrive in 2 weeks. The website could have better images as we wouldn't have considered it if we relied on what we saw online

Charlene is absolutely amazing, very rare to meet nowadays! Helped us to pick good quality furniture and even allowed to take a store sample to try it out at home to see if it matches with our flooring. Honestly the best customer service that we’ve received in a long time! Will definitely come back to Oz design furniture Auburn!

I would like to give them 0 star if I have choice here.Just want to share my recently shopping experience with them.I purchased 2 painting artworks online which total cost was $1048. Due to their system issues, they had charged me 8 times, their system deducted total $8384 for this purchase from my credit card. I was on Easter holiday with my kids, this deduction had put my card to zero credit immediately !I contact their customer service , they admitted that it was their system issues and they promised that they will refund the excess payment to me within 1-3 business days. However I only got my money back after 20 days! I ended up paid huge interest for my credit card. Of course they won't cover my loss!The worst thing was that they have only one customer service number which I can reach out from Monday to Friday, but the customer service can not manage the Estore purchase, they can't help at all, not even pass the massage. Therefore the only way to contact their Estore is email and they are very slow to reply which is really frustration ! And their phone had never been answered!It was really frustration and depression purchase experience with them , I would never purchase from them again and would recommend everyone to be careful while deal with them!
