Lady Christine is an Angel. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone, I knew out of 3 people that she was the best for me. She listened, asked the right questions and I could sense her coming from the heart rather than the wallet. On arrival, Christine is open, very generous with her time and importantly IM NO LONGER A SMOKER !!!!! Im 3 weeks in and feeling great. 101 days without a cigarette. 2 others that know me have also quit smoking with Christine’s help after me. After smoking since my teens, I really didn’t believe I could quit. Christine has made it easy and checked in after to offer free follow up appointments if required (haven’t needed these). My cough is gone and I’m not wishing indoor events would end quickly so I can get out for another smoke. Feels great to be free of the constant craving.

If you're ready for change I can highly recommend Christine. She was amazing right from our first conversation. Her methods strengthening my want to quit, she took me from a lifelong habit of cigarettes to now a committed non-smoker, something I had tried to become before on many occasions.
