The team at Blanc are divine. They are passionate, knowledgeable, caring people who make you feel warm, appreciated, valued and heard. Every time I visit for a consult or treatment, I leave feeling inspired, well informed and supported. I love team Blanc because of the enthusiasm and professionalism they exude. A gorgeous experience from start to finish ❤️

My first time to Blanc and I loved it. Sammy was so great walking me through the Morpheus8 treatment. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

From the moment you walk in, you feel in good hands. The clinic is beautiful, Maddi was very welcoming and ensured I was comfortable and Dr. Sam answered all of my questions, walked me through the process and produced outstanding results. I’m so happy that I came to Blanc and look forward to exploring more of the treaty on offer.

Pros:- Meg with who I had the appointment is a an absolute class and quintessence of professionalism. Throughout the consultation she guided me through different treatments that she would recommend for me, she helped me out to prioritise them and create time line. She was clear about various aspects that one should consider when choosing individual treatment. For a first timer she made me feel comfortable and easy. She focused on building a relationship with a client which ultimately is the reason I will be coming back.- interior is lush, the lighting, decor, marble and staff themselves are fantastic representation for the brand.ConThe initial access to the clinic felt a bit restricted. I was interested in several different treatments. I emailed (responses were immediate) and I was informed I needed to book different consults for skin treatments, laser and injectables, not all of them were redeemable. As a first comer to the clinic and some of the treatments I was lacking certain care of guiding me through this initially it felt a bit overwhelming.My experience from other clinics in the US and Europe has been a bit more open. Thus, my suggestion would be to consider providing a bit more guidance/ information and for all your initial consultations for new clients to be fully redeemable towards treatments. I hope that feedback is helpful.

I cannot recommend Blanc enough. Such a stunning salon with the friendliest most professional staff that make you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk through the door. I’ve had several Morpheus treatments here and loving my results, I can’t wait to continue my skin journey with Blanc, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! ✨

The lady’s there were very friendly. I also learned a lot about what they do and the treatments I can get done, very informative and overall a pleasant experience. I’m excited to go back and start treatments.

Had my first visit today and loved it! Julie-Ann is so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. She gave me so much invaluable information regarding skincare and wrote out a plan for my routine and treatments to look into for the future. I even came away with some samples to try on my skin. I felt very well looked after and can’t wait to come back again to continue my skin journey :)
