Grant at Cargo Masters went above and beyond to get urgent stock from Brisbane to Sydney on the same day with very little notice and late in the day. He kept us updated with clear communication throughout the day and into the evening.The whole experience was extremely smooth and very reliable in what was a very stressful situation. Grant assured me the stock would get to my Sydney warehouse the same day and that happened with time to spare.I would highly recommend Grant and Cargo Master's, and I would absolutely use use him again for not only urgent matters but any cargo that needed shipping locally, interstate and overseas.

I've done my web research before I found this service which I couldn't be more satisfied with. The manager, Grant is highly professional, quick and flexible, the service is very cost effective. Website says they do Less than Container Loads (LCL) but upon calling was told they do only full containers.

One of the most horrible services I have ever experienced from a company that claims to care for you.They have no initiative whatsoever.They don’t even deserve a one star.Everything was always late.You have to remind them what’s going on.Very unprofessional.They do not care about anything.It would take a miracle to get a response.All documents were all filled incorrectly.Very frustrated and disappointed beyond possible emotions.

Two years ago I booked and paid for a container to go overseas with Grant. He was very reasonable in his quote and gave me the flexibility to ship when we were ready. With covid delaying our move he still honoured our quote throughout that time despite the rising shipping costs. Unfortunately we couldn’t secure a vessel that matched the time we needed to go and grant refunded our money without any complaints. He was kind and informative and patient with us. If we need anything else moved in the future we will be doing so with cargomaster.

My vehicles were put in the containers and braced by Max at Quick Tow, Melbourne, who was extremely helpful and friendly. We used CargoMaster for a 40FT self pack container from Perth, Western Australia to the Port of Southampton in the United Kingdom. CargoMaster service was very good, and the container arrived on time as promised. CargoMaster handled all our shipping documentation and our Customs Broker cleared the container through UK Customs within 2 days.
