Johnathan and his colleagues were so helpful. When we first visited the store he gave us so much information regarding every aspect of the flooring. When he came out the very next day being a Sunday he explained everything so there was no surprises.He followed up during the laying and after completion.Also the layer Jake was very good. respectful, cleaned up after the finish and did a beautiful job. Both Johnathan and Jake very approachable. But Johnathan really was amazing. Very happy with service and the initiative from the Showroom staff to help get our carpet laid fast and efficiently. Chris thinks very well on his feet to see the details are correct with customer satisfaction.
