This feedback is for Jess who stands out to me for her amazing customer service and hairdressing. She was very professional and timely, enabled me to feed my newborn while she cut my hair, including helping take off the apron and hold it to shield me while breast feeding, interacted with my daughter in her pretend hairdressing play, all while taking on my feedback about what I wanted done with my hair which evolved through the appointment. And while doing all that - she nailed the haircut I was after! She balanced professionalism with friendliness, was kind, went above and beyond, and also enabled me to have a fantastic hair cut so I can look great even when new-born-mum-tired. Thank you Jess for your expertise and going the extra mile!

I had a half head of foils and toner done by Mackenzie. She did a perfect job, I highly recommend this salon. Mackenzie seems to be very intuitive and confident with colouring.

GREAT Salon! Was really nervous to go as had bought a Groupon offer and some of the reviews were really bad, but i had a wonderful experience. Was charged $25 extra but it's worth it, as they did a great job and i was treated and looked after really well. They offered me free coffee and sparkling water, teas etc. Really amazing customer service, and my hair cut and colour is beautiful. I have nothing but praise for this salon, thank you for looking after me! Their normal rates are also really reasonable, $150 for cut and colour. I have long hair and i think that's a fair price in Australia for such a professional team.

High quality and attention to detail. Very pleased with my cut and colour.Owner definitely knows what he's doing, checking all his clients progress himself, making sure his staff were keeping the high standard his salon has shown. Staff were very attentive, offering me hot drinks and magazines while I sat and wait.Bought a Groupon voucher, and yes I read the fine print, which stated prices for everything extra. Can't expect a hair salon to give you an A grade colour and cut at $50 guys, come on.All up I paid $90 for my hair which is extra thick and past my breasts. Which is obviously only a new client deal!Will definitely see me again though, very pleased, thankyou guys!

All staff very personable. Time is focused on clients at all times. Excellent stylists and owner is very knowledgeable about colours, styles and products. Great industrial decor and atmosphere.

Edward McMillan is a great salon! They always fit me in and they do an amazing job. Jess cuts my hair and she always nails the brief every time. I haven't found another hairdresser in a decade who cuts my hair and makes me feel as pampered. Definitely recommended!!

My 13yr old had a great experience - thanks Jess she loves her new haircut.
