Kandice designed my house and managed all of my regular changes with patience.I have renovated many houses but this was the first I had built from scratch.Kandice made it an enjoyable experience building and we came in under my budget.

Innovative ideas were presented but never imposed. Totally new ways of looking to achieve my goals, but always practical. It was Kandice rather than me who recognised the need to keep the budget in mind!When the design was completed, Kandice was again my guiding light through the endless choosing process, encouraging me to express my own taste, but there with experienced advice when I was flagging. I loved that Kandice came up with so many small, but wonderful touches that added such flair.It was also with confidence that she undertook the whole tendering, quotation process, contacting builders and dealing with responses, an area where I was a naive novice. Everything was handled with such competent professionalism.A big thank you!Lastly but not least, Kandice had the eye of a hawk when it came time to do a ‘defect inspection’ on handover from the builder. I knew she was on my side!

We first met Kandice when we were deciding about whether to embark on a complete knock-down-rebuild or not. We had never built a new home before.
