Very shocked! I met the builder he was flexible on price. We agreed to a price. Got a congrats from the agent. And then at the last second cancelled and tried to add 15K more. Had they negotiated in good faith early on we may have considered but to leave us hanging overnight and most of the day was not on. We even considered using them as our builders for a knock down in the near future but after this experience will steer clear.
