I have been coming herw for 5+ years and was generally satisfied but have had to downgrade my review from 5 stars to 1. I have had to wait close to an hour on two occasions in the past week. The staff have been unfriendly and were very rude. I understand its christmas and they are busy but the wait times and service is really unacceptable. My suggestion is to use Amazon wherever possible, I never have failed deliveries with them.

In classic auspost style, there is only ever one extremely slow person serving here despite it being quite a large post office in a busy area. They have also lost" my packages on multiple occasions and they like to just palm off the responsibility by sending you on a wild goose chase to other post offices."

AUS Post repeatedly failing to knock or ring door bell, and instead, leave a 'collect' card. Complete hassle driving to St Kilda LPO, waiting in often long lines line to collect package or arriving to discover the package isn't there (despite arriving at the time advised on the 'collect' card). It's highly inconvenient, not the service I paid for and not what I expect from Australia's postal delivery service.

The two women that work here the most are so lovely and helpful. I've lived in the area for a while and have only had friendly posties as well that have always left slips, so if people are constantly not getting slips, it's either very bad luck or perhaps it's a retaliation to treating people like garbage.

Shocking service. 40 minutes in a queue outside in 30c + heat only to be told we're understaffed and I have had a quick look for your package but it's too messy out the back so come back another time.

Reluctant to leave a review for an aus post parcel pick up, but feel the 2.2 star average is a bit unfair.Recent interaction with these guys couldn’t have been easier. Wasn’t home for delivery so got a note in the mail and a text. Friendly fast pick up when I dropped in today. Couldn’t ask for any more.I feel expectations are maybe a bit high on a service that gets pretty slammed by our increasing appetite for online shopping and our demand for fast delivery. It’s a post office not a two hatted restaraunt
