What a professional and helpful company to deal with. We needed a certain size for our shower heads and they made them for us and also shipped them direct to us not via the distributor. Can only agree with other reviews. Out of this world customer service. Renovated bathroom and kitchen last year. Great design and functionality. Keep manufacturing in rural towns: buy local and they’re always there for you.

Great company to deal with. Very good quality products and outstanding service. I got in touch to query an issue with a shower head I purchased a year ago. They were incredibly responsive, found a solution to my issue and then followed through by doing what they promised. Highly recommended - may cost slightly more - but when you are putting taps into walls - its worth having the peace of mind that you are installing a quality product.
