Relatively easy to install and interconnect, however the instructions on how to connect the remotes as the master were incorrect, stating the wrong button to push to put into connect mode which was frustrating. It's actually the silence button, not the test button. But all up and tested fine.

Eight x photoelectric smoke alarms were installed 21 October 2022Job was completed professionally yet little communication \ information given by the technician (I was required to search download and print relevant user guides and manuals after installation)I asked questions but they were not addressed And disappointed that I was not forwarded the Compliance Certificate upon completion and had to request it weeks after the job was finished

Team is very easy to deal with. I had an issue with one smoke alarm and then they replaced the whole set of smoke alarms less than with in a week. Supper professional and friendly team. Also the prices are very good comparing to other suppliers in the market.
