Have had really excellent experiences at this hair salon. First went there about a month ago to get my very long hair cut into a pixie cut. The hair dresser, Nicole, was very enthusiastic, listened to and understood my request, and did a great job. I also had a few coloured foils put in. My hair is very dark and has had issues with dyes sticking before. When after a week the colour wasn't working I gave them a call and they were happy to fix my foils with a new colour which looks great!With free coffee or tea available, very pleasant staff, a clean and nicely set up salon, and very reasonable prices, I only intend to go here for all my future hair cuts and colouring!ADDITION: recently got my hair redone here. Nicole absolutely nailed the cut and colour I wanted. Still loving this place!UPDATE: still happily going here for my style cuts and dye jobs. Absolutely loving my latest haircut courtesy of Erin!

Fantastic hidden gem tucked away in Thorby’s arcade at Thompsons corner. These girls know hair! I have thick hair and I’m so happy with the way Nicole cuts it. I’ve now gone with a short bob and I usually have trouble styling it myself. Nicole has worked her magic on it and it’s a breeze to style myself now.I highly recommended this place.

I saw Chloe today for one of the best blonde foils and cuts I've had in a long time. I've been colouring my hair for years, and Chloe gave me a colour that finally suits my skin tone. She gave me advice throughout on how to care for my curly hair, and products to use. I've already booked to see her again! Would definitely recommended The Sanctuary Hair.

Nicole is expert in hair colouring and styling. She applies the perfect formulation to cover my grey hair without making it boring. She keeps my thick hair manageable by placing layers strategically - looks good even when air dried.Nicole also has a big heart. She cut my daughter’s hair for free when she found out that we were donating the hair to charity.The experience at The Sanctuary has always been lovely. I highly recommend!

I started going to this place( The Sanctuary) in west Pennant Hills, I was hoping for a hairdresser that I would see for many years in the future.I just popped in to say hello to my hairdresser and asked a question only to find her yelling at me in front of all the other clients!!!!!!!!Why would someone yell at someone when they are trying to get clients to come in or back to their salon????Wow,She then started to walk out the door past me just after yelling at me in such an angry horrible voice!!!!(I was actually scared at that moment)I couldn’t believe it, then she started to ask how am I and what I have planned for the weekend.I have never been so shocked in my whole life.I don’t know what is wrong with her but I do know that people do not deserve to ever be spoken to like this.I stepped away slowly in complete shock.I AM NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!

I asked for 2 inches off my very long hair.Hairdresser suggested cut to my shoulder blades, mid back level.I ended up with a bob, right up at my shoulders.I was gutted. Years of hair growth gone. I haven’t ever had it this short that I can remember.Normally, I am pretty relaxed and trusting but I’ll be watching and checking what they’re doing back there more closely from now on.Please check carefully about the style or length you’re getting.
