Just felt scammed by Pizza Hut.Ordered the deal of the day, which was a total of $35 dollars with delivery fees. That was the amount written on the cart. When I received my confirmation order on email, I found out that it was debited $52 dollars off my card and one of the items of the order was missing on the order list.When I called the store, the attendant advised that he couldn't fix the order and I'd have to wait for the next day to speak to his manager.There's something very wrong with the website's cart and needs to be fixed urgently.In the end, I paid more and received less items. Don't trust their deals.

Please take this as constructive feedback, your oven is no more effective. Cheese was not cooked, looks not melted and toasted. Pizza Hut is always best for us, but may be due to equipment it’s not up to the taste it deserves. Thanks

Great manager and polite delivery drivers. Pizzas have always been made well and cooked well. Customer service appears to be on the forefront of their priorities so I would highly recommend reaching out to them for any issues. This shop is making great pizzas with positive attitude.

Ordered the bbq chicken and supreme pizzas and both were okay with a Decent amount of toppings. Took about 30 mins for delivery. Don't bother ordering the hot chips as a side, they are trash, they were cold, soggy and unsalted. Stick to the garlic bread.

Placed order at Pizza Hut top Ryde through Uber eat. Order been canceled within second by them. Money have been taken from Uber eats. I called them ask for why. They just replied deal it with Uber but you guys are the one canceled my order for no reason. Now I have no money on Uber eats for dinner today after a extremely exhausting hard working day. Thank you Pizza Hut top Ryde for the fantastic starving experience.

Good place to order pizza. Customer service was good. The waiting time was quick for me. The only issue is that the pizza sizes/ portions are small, but that's with everywhere these days.

As much as I love Pizza Hut, the price and the quality for a good pizza isn't as great as I'd like it to be. The seasoned wings are great, but sometimes you get unlucky and they're small or have paper missing in the box so the oil ends up soaking in the cardboard.

Cheeseless, undercooked cheese bites and vegetarian pizza with little/no vegetables. It all went straight into the bin, will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again, plenty of other fresh and tasty options nowadays.
