Great service, was helped with finding what I needed, and when I wasn't sure the exact perimeters of what I needed, was assured their return policy, which I was helped through upon me buying the incorrect screws, which despite me having opened and attempted to use them, they allowed me to swap for the correct ones, and since they were slightly cheaper, even refunded me the difference.Classic bunning experience, what you expect.

Unfortunately, my customer service experience today was appalling . I had organized a click and collect from the front desk. The order was for two bins with lid. The lid supplied was incorrect but the staff serving me treated me disrespectfully and was adamant that she was right. Then she rudely raised her hand at me to stop me from raising my concern. I was shocked by this behavior as there were others in line behind me. I spoke to the store manager who was very humble and apologetic about my experience. I went to the isle and found the product and took a picture with the correct lid. During check out, the same staff in front of the store manager started arguing with me again! I am blown away by the service I received today. I am attaching the picture of the product with the correct lid so everyone can see. Right or wrong, no customer should be treated this way. I feel humiliated and belittled.

Michael at the Altona North store is fantastic! His knowledge of downlights and the way he explained how to replace them was great. I bought 2 lights and came home and installed them in 5 minutes because of Michael’s instructions and the time he took to help me. Thank you Michael, I really appreciate it. Sharon

Trolleys left in a walkway between the main entrance and the garden centre entrance ,Told the fella at the entrance and he said he’ll get someone onto it ,Spent 30-40 mins inside and the trolleys were still there ,—- EXITED the store at 1521 27Jun23

I've just moved nearby so have been there a few times recently to purchase new things for my house. The staff are really friendly and helpful but the problem with this particular Bunnings is they never (in my experience) have self checkout open. They have one or two registers open so you have to wait about 10-20 people to make a purchase. No idea why but I wouldn't recommend it if you're time-poor. Try elsewhere or the Footscray Bunnings is much better :)

Andy and another customer service lady helped me find and cut to size synthetic turf. Then helped me load it in my car all the time entertaining my dog who the grass was for. The best friendliest service ever. This is now my go to store

I was at bunning Altoa on Thursday I had a lady with long black hair & yellow top assist me her customer service was fantastic I couldn't believe her knowledge on where to find everything in the store. I will definitely be looking for her on my next visit sorry I didn't get her name. Good old fashion customer service thank you
