Waited all day for drop off which was meant to be 6am.... told they dont make times however they had made 3 times again after that that they would be dropping off bin. Finally end of day only to come 7.40 am a week later.to collect.Asked why so early when we didn't get it early. Told ring the office where I was treated with ignorance and arrogance in regards to said times. Bin was taken after 30mins . Asked driver to hear recorded conversation of said timesWOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN
