Just been overcharged and didn’t get what I paid for. Three fish bites are five for a dollar, but I had to pay six because they run out I needed to cook fresh. Like that’s my fault somehow. Then I get given 2 fish bites and a refried piece of all yellow fish and when I take it back I get an argument, no refund no extra piece of fish and told them if I want a replacement I will have to pay for itLast time I went past the proprietor was cooking and serving with a toddler in a nappy on her hip. Pretty off putting. Won’t be back. Shame because I did like the fish bites !!

Finally , a potato scallop that isn't homemade! Homemade ones are horrible ! These ones are so good, crisp light batter and soft potato inside not a hard slide of potato with thick batter like other places. Chips are delicious and light, crispy once again, not dark and oily , a little bit too much salt but otherwise great !!! And good serving sizes too. Will be back and must try the fresh fish ! Friendly customer service , well done guys !

About a month ago I would've given them 5 stars as it was the best fish and chips I'd ever had. Went back today and the flake was so tough that we couldn't cut a few millimetres into it with a knife. Was very disappointed and received a full refund.

Serving size was huge. Purchased 6 pieces of battered Hoki and $10 worth of chips. Could not eat it all - not even close. Chips were fantastic !! Non greasy, crispy, potatoey and tasty. Unfortunately the fish was terrible. Batter was so over cooked it made the fish SO dry. 2 pieces went in the bin. :(. Good serving of lemon. Sorry but will only be back for the chips. If you change the way you cook the fish, please post and I’ll try again. Total cost was $59.

Just bought the Double pack! Very fresh and crisp fish n chips! Calamari and prawns are fresh made on-site and so delicious!

Food average not worth coming back, saw the women pick up a battered sav off the floor after dropping it and still packing it instead of cooking new one. What the eff??? Will not be coming back after that display!

Best fish and cheaps in Nerang and Ashmore. Everything is fresh and very tasty. These guys know what they're doing. They even have amazing large oysters shucked fresh.
