Very Poor CommunicationI Showed my car to them before I dropped off the car. They told me the repair would take one week. After one week nobody contacted me so I contacted them asked the status of repair. I was told it takes another 2 weeks. Nobody contacted me after 2 weeks & I called them. Repair was postponed another 2 weeks. The customer service representatives are rude & not helpful when I asked questions. Finally I was told to pick up the car. When I was going to pick the car no one in the office. They left my car key inside the car. Anyone can drive away my car. When I was going to pick up the car they were looking for my keys. I told them it’s in the car.Not professionalThey don’t have professional knowledge/ skills repairing the Volvo cars. My car is still showing the parking sensor error after painting the car. When I was trying explain the matter the Manager asked me to leave the premises.I dropped off the rental car at the repairer as advised from the insurance. When I tried drive away my car a one of office staffers tried stop the moving car by grabbing the car steering wheel. He nearly killed him self doing such a foolish act.If your insurance company recommends to use Reapirhub I strongly advise not to go with them

Very poor quality of painting. Colours didn’t match after re painting. When I expanded this matter to the service manager , he got angry. Unprofessional

Good contact and repair job overall. Handed back my car despite small things needing to be sorted and rescheduled for another time to allow my to have my vehicle back. Access to the smash repairs in and out could be better though!

Wrote a previous bad review although I cant amend this. After delays I collected my car and I am really happy with it. Damon looked after me and they did go out of their way to make me happy.

This is a great repair place, great service and great guys to work with, fast and efficient, I would recommend them to anybody who need their cars repaired.

No time management at all and bad customer service. Prepare for the last hours delay notice". Was promised car will be finished on Wed but they keeps on delay without early notice. They gives your like 2 hours notice and says "oh can not finish today

Friendly stuff and good qualify of work.The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is the repair took a bit longer than I was told initially. I had a rental car paid by insurance so it's not a problem for me.Generally, a very good experience.

Poor communication between the car repair service and customers. It takes the customer to call on the day of the pick up to realise that your car is not ready. Then, finding out the second time that again it has been delayed. People still have to take time off work to pick up their cars so being notified of delays in advance is essential. I do feel sorry for the solo receptionist, for the size of the business there really should be a team of reception staff to filter calls and inform customers when there are delays. Lastly, there are some new (albeit minor) paint scratches on the back of my car which with photo evidence were definitely not there prior.The only redeeming quality is that the people who work there are genuinely nice but the actual running of the service is terrible.

Very poor communication. Repairs half done when picking the car. Job still pending. Just normal excuses . No professionalism. Strange to find such repairers on NRMA list. Would not go again to this repairer . The job has not been completed till today 17.05.2021 No feedback or communication from the repairer Need a response in writing as to why the vehicle was delivered to the owner without completion of the job as the owner picked up the repairs which were not done

This company had quite bad communication and had the repair delayed twice, resulting in waiting over 10 days for a repair they initially said would take 3. A couple days afterwards, there were further issues with the car that were not initially present. Not sure if I was just unlucky but I will be avoiding them for a while. Edit: They fixed the new issues without a fuss so I have improved my review.
