HGot there when the flowers were wilted and obviously the best were bought. My fault. But I was satisfied with 1.5 klgs onions I bought instead. And then the 6 pack of Sav Blanc as a spontaneous buy at Liquorland was huge.

Where is the service ??? One checkout 12 items or less. Three to four self serve checkouts. One other regular checkout for a proper shop!???? People need jobs not the ones standing around ostensibly helping self service. If one takes advantage of self -service why are products charged same price??? Less wages no service??? Having to wait longer than need seriously???

Nice local feeling. Staff are friendly, and the size is great for finding what you need.The parking, however, is terrible and needs more thought.

There are too many self service check outs and too few check outs with staff but there are lots of staff members standing around talking, laughing and enjoying themselves. I use the self service check outs as there is little choice unfortunately most of them don't accept cash. Coles seem to be going out of their way to make using cash as difficult as possible.

If you dont want to use self serve you'll be waiting way too long.It's pathetic and inexcusable that quite often more times than not, there's only the one staffed checkout.Then when they do open a second checkout customers aren't called over to be served before other customers basically get served and jump the queue.This happens more so than not.So unprofessional.Management needs to be retrained, obviously!So many staff standing around doing nothing.If you want a job standing around doing nothing, work here.If i could give 0 stars i would.:(

This is one of the bigger Coles with lots of stock and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Checkouts are easy to access, and it is usually fairly roomy. Not claustrophobic like some shops.

Great friendly service. Staff do their best. They open a big checkout if you need one. It's Shameful some people abuse these people doing their best . It's not their fault. They are just doing their jobs.I personally don't mind the big self service machines, but I do like the friendly service, and if I get service it's preferred, but I don't mind. The large self service machines are very roomy.It's lovely friendly vibe, clean, and staff do try to help you out if they can. I love the banter between staff and customers. Some of the staff are just beautiful people.Might be nice to have a big checkout open earlier in the day, they send you to the express one, but it's supposed to be 12 items or less, not ideal.You definitely don't need anymore self service machines.Maybe could use more staff on during the day.Car park is a nightmare.
