This business installed a ducted AC system in our brand new home. The system worked perfectly across summer and the installation looks great. A few months after the install we decided that one room was getting a little too much air inflow - the owner Wayne came back and tweaked the air inflow into this room later that same day. I highly recommend this business.

Very poor service and faulty AC installation.Got it installed through a builder . Since then AC not working properly including the given AIRTOUCH . No proper air flow to Master bedroom but all goes to kitchenAnd AIRTOUCH also wrongly zoned .NO handover done ONCE & NOT CAME EVEN ONCE to fix it or show the system, since signed the contract in 2021.But Builder said , AC guy will come and give handover of how system works . 6 months gone , but still absolutely not even once came to give a run through ./ handover .Had to raise the Faulty AC matter with the builder as can’t live in the property with a faulty AC . When asked to come and fix it , he got the nerve to send us email with guidelines for us to read. And still if we can’t fix his faulty installation , they will come under service warranty if not as call our fee . But then what about the said / promised handover ? Have all the text messages / emails as proof .Unbelievably pathetic service . Will raise the matter with Builder , Building inspector , ACCC & CBSNot surprisingly another person from same Builder has the similar issue with this AC guy , but at least they said they had the handover as this WAYNE was working for another company .But we got NONE even after 6 months from keys handover as now he works for himself, it’s all slipshod work .

I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Wayne and his team. I have noticed a reduction in energy usage, since the installation of the new system and duct work, compared with the older system that I had in place and an improved performance overall. I am also running the heating at a lower temperature due to the system efficiency and excellent duct work design. A professional service from end to end and I would highly recommend Wayne and his team

Used this business to install air conditioning based on recommendations from others who had used them. Wayne and his guys are fantastic. It can be so difficult to get jobs done when people don't show up and don't communicate - these guys are a breath of fresh air. Wayne lets you know exactly what's going on from start to finish. From beginning to end, Wayne's professional and enthusiastic approach and genuine care for the end result shone through. The end result, a cold space is now warm and the installation was done professionally with everything tidied up at the end of the job. The best compliment I can give is if we are looking for air conditioning work in the future we'll be calling Wayne. Highly recommended.

Amazing work by Wayne and the team at Ultima Air. They went over and above to install our Panasonic VRF system. Liaising with the builder and working out times that work for both is tricky, but everything worked out and the final product is well worth it.None of the usual AC installers in Adelaide had any idea what system we wanted. We wanted a multi-split split system air conditioning system built into bulkheads so we had no ugly wall units, but also no ducting into the ceiling making holes that leak the air into the ceiling space.Ultima Air custom designed our grilles covering the filters of the AC and the outlet fans and came specifically to do handover and hook up the WiFi modules. The whole system works brilliantly now, and is whisper quiet too! We wanted the system to not be down the side of the home so we could fit our bins down the side and they installed on the first storey roof. We really didn’t want it being an eyesore from the backyard and it worked out perfectly. Can’t see it and can barely hear it from inside the house.

Once we settled on the solution he booked in the technicians who turned up on the agreed date. A very professional reliable service led by Wayne who provides exceptional service. We are extremely happy with the services provided by Ultima Air. Wayne and Josh gave us a very professional consultation and assessment of our existing system and our future needs. They pointed out some shortfalls in the previous designs and quotations from other suppliers, and they were able to provide a more efficient and flexible design that was still within our budget. We cannot speak more highly of the installers who removed the old system, friendly, polite, considerate of our house, and kept us informed of the process during the day. And no mess inside the house, all of the old system and packaging for the new was removed at the end of the day.We gave the system a challenging test 2 days later when the temperature reached 39.5 C. Our upstairs bedrooms had always been a problem. We waited until early afternoon when the temperature reached its peak and then turned the system on. Within 15 minutes the rooms were cool and colder air was flowing downstairs to cool the ground floor as well.Wayne has given us follow up phone calls and he will be there for us if they are any issues in the future.We highly recommend Ultima Air. Wayne could not do enough to help us choose which system was best for our house. We also included a Wi-Fi choice so we can remotely turn on and off the air con and heater and it’s been fabulous. The site was cleaned up after installation and everything was explained as to how to operate and use the new system. Professional service and updated along the way. Cannot fault a thing and highly recommend.

I used UltimaAir 2 years ago for my new build and have been extremely happy with the performance, flexibility and overall comfort.I have since recommended Ultima air to numerous friends who are also happy.As it’s been two years I asked Wayne if he could drop past and change over our commercial return filters which he did for me today. In addition to providing the filters free of charge, he asked fir our vacuum cleaner so he could clean the surface of the grille. Amazing service and a testimony to Wayne’s values and reason we opted to go with UltimaAir in the first place.

I am writing this to express my appreciation for a job well done. The new ducted system has proven to be far more energy efficient and with far less internal noise than the air conditioner we inherited when we purchased our home.As a Mechanical Engineer, it’s fair to say that my level of expectation was somewhat higher than your typical customer, however, you and your team delivered all key objectives.The new air conditioning system performs extremely well and we are now experiencing lower energy usage, which is great.
