This was our first time at Char and we loved it. The atmosphere is perfect (not too big, not too small) the staff friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! We went with the 3 course option which was a mistake as the portions were quite large. I had to take half my main course home with me as I couldnt eat it all. The brisket just melted in your mouth. The ribs are devine. The squid was light and crispy. Couldnt fault a thing with our experience. It is a little pricier than some places, but so worth it.

Food was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. The serving sizes were generous. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was fabulous. Will definitely be back again

Went for a family dinner last Saturday night and all were pleasantly surprised. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. The staff are well prepared and know their wines and food. The chef choices on all courses were to a high standard. Pricing is also reasonable for what you get. We then utilised the new cocktail bar afterwards which had music. Finally a nice easy to get to place outside the business of Parramatta. Easy to park and easy access for all family members. Highly recommend and will be returning. CHAR ✅️

Very good restaurant at Wenty Leagues. The design is modern and interesting, the food was top class (I forgot to photograph my entree but it was amazing) and the service was brilliant and probably the best I've had since going to Aria. Our waiter Thomas was amazing and really went thr extra mile throughout the night (birthday) and made things special. Very recommended and also 5 stars to Thomas.

Located inside Wenty Leagues Club, Char Steak and Seafood restaurant is a fine dining experience. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted by a team of experienced waiters and shown to a rather cosy, comfortable and private dining booth. Dimly lit, the dining area exuded a charming and relaxed atmosphere, and the direct view of the open kitchen did not detract. We were advised by our main waiter there were only two menu options: a two course meal or a three course meal. Our table of four opted for the two course meal, however managed to share two entrees dishes and two desserts between the four of us. Menu choice appeared to be limited. Complementary herb bread was a pleasant surprise. All dishes were expertly prepared by professional chefs. My main meal (pictured) was a pumpkin pasta which tasted superb, and although well presented it turned out to be a smallish serve being single layered. In addition, the ravioli pieces appeared to be swimming in a pool of oil. Throughout the evening, the waiters were engaging and attentive and the whole experience was very pleasant. The other big surprise of the night was the bill! We ended up paying $65.00 a head for two courses, and that's without any drinks. But overall, I do highly recommend Char Steak and Seafood Restaurant as part of a great night out at Wenty Leagues.

Had a great time dining at CHAR Steak and Seafood Restaurant. I had the potato scallops, beef rump, the baked lemon tart and a pavlova, all of which I highly recommend. They are delicious and well presented. The service was wonderful and atmosphere was welcoming and complemented the food.Overall, I had a great time and will highly recommend this place. Will definitely visit again!

I recently dined at Char Steak and Seafood Restaurant and indulged in their delightful 3-course set menu. Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable, though there were a couple of minor hiccups that prevented me from awarding a full five stars.First and foremost, the food was exceptional. The main course, featuring a succulent steak, was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with mash potatoes. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was exquisite, truly a feast for the senses.However, I must mention that the service was somewhat lacking. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to slower than expected service. While they were polite and attentive when they did attend to us, it was unfortunate to experience extended waiting periods between courses. Despite this setback, the friendly demeanor of the staff and their knowledge of the menu did shine through.Lastly, the dessert, regrettably, did not quite meet the high standards set by the previous courses. Although the presentation was visually appealing, the flavors failed to wow me. It lacked the same level of creativity and finesse that I had come to expect from Char. While it was not terrible by any means, it fell short of the excellence displayed in the earlier parts of the meal.Despite the aforementioned flaws, Char Steak and Seafood Restaurant remains an excellent choice for those seeking an upscale dining experience. The exceptional quality of the food and the overall ambiance of the restaurant make it a standout destination.
