Ross Walter Nutritionist and Naturopath

I was excited at first to get my health on track. I had 2 sessions and then got $400 worth of blood tests done to get to my root cause. It's been months now no word on my results, he doesn't reply to any phone calls, emails, text messages, Facebook messages. For a health professional he obviously doesn't care at all. It's been a huge waste of my time and money, I have no faith in naturopaths at all now. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money.

HIGHLY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AFTER BIG NOTING HIS Diagnostic tools were SUPERIOR to other naturopaths.After asking me to make online follow up appointment for following week I was unable to do this in his website and after multiple calls emails and SMS He failed to acknowledge or return my calls.Sadly I ignored my gut feeling and his multiple poor reviews based on another Professional Naturopath positive recommendation but on asking him to explain these I was told that the public often do this!!He still has my confidential and private past medical records /tests from a previous naturopath which I have asked him to return! Due to this I run out of supplements whereby I was very unwell until I consulted with another Naturopath.I do intend to make a complaint to the regulating body and to the Health Ombudsman to prevent other vulnerable people from being the subject of his totally unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

Ross has been a fabulous mentor with his pathology training. He offers over and above the investment of the training, with exceptional, in detail after care. Highly recommend his services

Dangerously masquerading as a health professional but will use lies and phoney articles to push his own agenda. Can’t be trusted

Very poor experience with Ross. Consultations were done via Skype call and a follow up report was expected after the consultation. Ross ignored my communication requests for 3 months and only got in touch after the referring specialist questioned him on why he was not communicating with me. He finally got in touch with the report, which was largely generic and missing certain parts of information that were promised during the initial consultation. I asked him to complete the report and again nothing from him for another month despite clearly saying all that I required was a one line email to manage my timing expectations.I requested a refund after almost 5 months of dealing with his inability to manage his time, which was refused citing that he had provided me with the service I paid for. I can't argue with this however the entire endeavour was a total waste of my time during a period in which I have been experiencing health difficulties.

What a waste of time. Spent hours giving information- personal information only to find Ross does not return calls or emails and all the promises go no further. I am left in limbo. He spent lots of time putting doctors and conventional medicine down. I found the the experience very unprofessional, deflating and disappointing. unconscious-able - to give hope then cut you off completely. .

Ross Walter gives back to the public tirelessly writing self help blogs and keeping up with the latest in scientific literature regarding Herbal and Nutritional medicine. Many chronic conditions take months to unfold, with his training in both Nutrition and Herbal medicine he can slowly unwind the core and base of many chronic diseases. This takes time and possibly repeat consultations, which of course should be paid for. To expect miracles after one visit is not appropriate, many people that see him have been sick for 10-20 years (or longer). Many have been and ARE on multiple drug therapies that have not served them well. Unpacking and finding which are the necessary medications and working with the client towards replacing them with lifestyle decisions takes dedication and time.

Told me that my having cancer is my fault. Claims to be able to avoid covid and cancer by popping vitamins and supplements that of course HE can provide. Just out to make money from people feeling desperate.

My first consult went well, it was 90 minutes and he really took the time to understand my symptoms, what I am feeling and how long it’s been going on for. I sent over all my reports and blood tests for him to review and we booked in for a follow on consult.We had a few issues with the time difference in Sydney and Brisbane but I made it work because I really needed answers. The follow up went really well, Ross took the time to explain everything to me very thoroughly and by showing me the diagrams with my symptoms and how they all are linked. It was a 90 minute session. At the end of it he recommended some supplements, which he promised he will send over by the following week. The supplements took nearly a fortnight because Ross had said he didn’t have my address. In that time Ross was taking so long to respond to emails after being so prompt in responding prior to that.I was meant to book a nutrition consult to go through the dos and donts for my condition. I was also promised a few tests to be posted out, it’s been a whole 2 months and I haven’t received anything.I tried a few times to rebook, I emailed, called, messaged on Facebook and still no response. It made me wonder whether the diagnosis was even correct, and if the supplements I am taking are the right ones.It saddens me that I have to leave a 1 star review and if 0 was an option I’d click that instead. I booked an appointment with Ross after I had seen his comments and recommendations in a Pyrrole Disorder Group (where he is admin). I was so excited that I will finally get some answers, only to realise that Ross has 0 administration. I realised this because in between trying to get a hold of Ross to book a nutrition appointment I used one of my fake emails to contact him for a new appointment and he responded immediately. Ross is only interested in taking on new clients and not following up with them. I have been left hanging with $150 worth of supplements that I don’t even know if they’re working.Please hire a secretary or virtual assistant to help you out.
