Gavin and Jack really deserve at least 10 stars! Very friendly, professional approach to designing a highly functional enclosed sanctuary for our precious cats and dog. They couldn’t have been more helpful in addressing every aspect of the design and construction. Work was undertaken just after last year’s record breaking storm but they were very creative in assisting with the havoc the storm left behind. They were an absolute pleasure to have on site throughout the entire project. Could not recommend them more highly in terms of skill, flexibility, creativity, friendliness and general helpfulness. Ours was a big job but we were very happy with the quality of work and competitive pricing.

After getting ridiculous quotations from multiple cat enclosure companies I am so glad I found Catyards for Backyards. From the get go I felt comfortable and assured that Gavin and his team were going to make sure the best possible enclosure in the given setting is put in place. They explained everything thoroughly and worked with me to fit a perfect balcony enclosure. They were super accomodating and worked around my busy s schedule allowing a smooth installation. On top of that, the cats absolutely loved having them around during the process!My cats are happier than ever in the amazing enclosure Gavin and Jack have created for them. Gavin and Jack did a phenomenal job building a cat run along the side of our house. I can’t overstate the care and detail that went into building it. The run is not only secure (we’ve got a little escape artist with a sense of adventure) but also looks very neat. The run goes alongside our outdoor entertainment area and Gavin and Jack built a gate in so that we could easily access the area and still get our bins in and out. They even created some ledges so our cat can keep on eye on the outside world. So pleased with the outcome, and we’ve got a happy cat that has access to an outdoor area now too!

Gavin and Jack did a phenomenal job building an enclosure for my much loved cats. Despite difficult circumstances for their family Gavin maintained excellent communication and got the job done beautifully in a timely manner, even allowing my young children to “help” him! My cats are loving their safe space and we will keep in touch with Gavin, with plans to add more entertaining aspects for the cats in the future. Thanks guys!

Fantastic team at Catyards for Backyards...from the quotation phase to implementation phase of my little project; Gavin and co., were absolutely fabulous; extremely professional but friendly everything I requested was spot on and purpose-built to my specs.The installation went so smoothly and the team are great to work with. Once the job was complete, my two boy cats were ready to explore their new area, and immediately jumped up on their viewing ledges super excited; rolling around and loving the high views. They can now spy on the neighbours, birds and anyone walking along the street; whilst mamma (me) is peacefully doing my stuff knowing they're both safe and having loads of fun!
