17/04/2023I visited after a few times, the customer service is great! Their flowers are absolutely amazing and long life. It’s a bit more expensive but totally worth it.-I had really good experience for my first visit when we were in lockdown. The young florist was really lovely and helpful. Within my budget, she made me this beautiful and colourful bouquet. She was really caring, made sure I like it before she packed it up.I understand my budget wasn’t high at all since it’s for my home. so I don’t except anything too fancy but to be honest I’m a little bit disappointed with the second visit today. The packing isn’t good, no water at all.I would still go back since I had purchased a few indoor plants there and they’re absolutely gorgeous. I also like the gift area, there are a lot of nice choices for Christmas.

I checked your business hours on your door on the way to work yesterday morning because my regular florist Irelands across the road had no stock on display after Mothers’ Day. On the way home I was going to pick up flowers for my girlfriend birthday. This was ideal. I live s locally and we were going to a nearby restaurant. I walked down from the train station on my way to meet her, visiting you shop on the way. To my immense disappointment you were closed. I now had no gift for my friend’s birthday. I checked your Instagram account to see why, and around midday yesterday you posted that you sold out too. Through the window and amongst other flowers I could see lilies, beautiful big yellow chrysanthemums and roses. Why did you say you sold out when you didn’t? The evidence is in the photos posted with this review. Why did you think it necessary to lie to your customers?

Spectacular wedding flowers and excellent service made my wedding day (May 2022). Not only did French Blue help me out at very late notice after another florist pulled out suddenly, but they co-ordinated everything to the letter whilst I was based in another state. Best florist in Banyule! I asked for the Florist's Choice as a Valentine's surprise for my parter and we were both floored by the gorgeous bouquet that was so quickly delivered to us in Ivanhoe. I ordered online and the whole process was easy and professional, plus the arrangement truly stunning. Was my first time ordering from French Blue and they are definitely now my go to - super impressed. We just had to share how beautiful they were with a photo and this review! Thanks very much :)

Prompt service and next day delivery when ordered online. Tracking of delivery driver was provided too, which is a great add-on to ensure my flower gift was delivered. For $120 of flowers + $15 delivery, I expected a larger arrangement. But otherwise no major concerns.
