Kirsten Cottone

Kirsten is highly qualified and has such a wealth of knowledge through decades of experience and carries many practical tools to share with her clients. I had an initial consultation to discuss where I was at in my life and what areas I wanted to address. Kirsten took this away and came back to me with a 6 x week program that was specifically tailored to get my garden to flourish! She knew how to support me to do the work to get in and prepare the soil, remove the weeds and know what I would like to sow. She has creative and embodied ways of bringing in these changes that really made them stick in my physical world and not just in my mind. She helped me remove my limiting beliefs and understand my inner ways of functioning and the effects they were having. We then worked on finding my inner truth and how to share that voice with confidence. It definitely helps that she is a trained vocal coach among her many talents.
