As a Tenant.... BEWARE!! I wasnt going to leave this review, but after finding out that these low-lives were giving us bad references to other Agents, im going hard! Weve never missed a weeks rent, we even replaced all the window screens in the home as the were all damaged when we moved in.. As Tenant, I've found this Real Estate very difficult to deal with. Communication is definitely not their strong suit. When we moved in during peak of Summer, we were told the Aircon was working, it wasn't. After multiple emails (no responses) and phone calls, it took a whole month and a bit to get progress. When we moved in, bath tub, walls, doors and floors were very dirty, dead mouse in the kitchen cupboard, and that was 1 day after the Cleaner had come in apparently". Was told by admin

When moving in nothing was fixed up, there was still so much to be fixed and after asking for these to be fixed they still have failed to do anything and now the house is up for sale and haven't even bothered to tell us. Don't think I'll ever go through here again.

We have been with this Real Estate for years & can't fault them. Nothing is too much trouble. Really friendly people too
