Awesome tour! Phil was a great tour guide. We learned all about the history of mining, structure of the shafts, life of the miners, and even how to use divining rods. Great trip for adults and kids.

It was a fun one hour session but there wasn't much to explore. What you will find is just a lot of holes that the miner dug during the 1880s. After a couple of them you will lose interest. It's a historical site and good to know them. The guide was an old gentlemen who knew his stuff. He was very enthusiastic and kept things lively.

The tour guide gent was really nice to chat with and has some much knowledge to share with gold discoveries on the south Coast and other areas in Australia. Really enjoyable if you love learning about gold and our bygone era.

Very enjoyable, great scenery, very in depth tour guide with alot of local knowledge.Probably a little long for children. Went for about 1.5hrs.

It wasn't what I expected but it was fantastic. Barry (the guide) had so much knowledge about gold and the environment, definitely worth checking out if your near by.

These people need to get their opening hours correct. Posters around Bermagui advise closed Monday & Tuesday. So I went there today (Thursday) and it's closed. Pick up a brochure at the Goldfields info and that tells me Closed Monday & Friday. This is no way to run a business.
