Adnan is the best pharmacist in Toowoomba. So helpful and caring. He knows his medications so well. Pain is a big part of my daily life. When things go wrong and you can't see a doctor he is just as good in knowledge. Jane too is very helpful and lovely

I have been coming to this pharmacy since I moved to Toowoomba this year and the pharmacist I see is always so so helpful and lovely, and explains all of the medications thoroughly and I feel like he genuinely cares. I think he has a New Zealand accent, but I digress. Great great service. Thanks for everything.

I have been going to this chemist for many years. This is by far the very best Chemist in town. Everyone who works there is very accommodating, intelligent and will explain everything thoroughly about your medications. Adnan the Manager is brilliant, he is well respected within the medical community due to his vast knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their benefits, not to mention his disarming charm. He is a legend !

I have visited TerrWhite Chemist at Cnr of James St and West St in many occasions to buy prescribed medications. I had been served by pharmacist, with British accent and he has a long beard. He is always very helpful, very professional and exceptional customer service with everyone at all times. I forgot his name but someone said his name: Adnan.

Worst pharmacy in Toowoomba, the manager is rude and unprofessional, they never have enough stock even though they are the main pharmacy in Toowoomba. Needs better management and needs more stock.

Don't you send a turn around and say that their ordering your medication and and then ring up a week later saying they haven't ordered it at all what a joke this place is getting I will be taking this further action as well I've already spoken to a lawyer and they have advised me that this is against the law what this chemist is doing especially their Indian guy that works behind the counter how rude he is over the phone sits there telling my wife a week ago that they will order in the medication no hassles then rings me up and tells me they didn't order it in at all so I'm definitely taking this further with legal action
