Babble & Munch Speech Pathology

Very bad experience!Joanne comes across as not genuine, not baby friendly, hardly spent time with the child and quick to judge. Not to mention charges a fortune. Also, no replies to follow up emails. To me it seems to be just to make money and not competent. Since coming there, we have seen other speech therapists with much more positive experience.

We have had a great experience with Nikki making progress from the very first session. My 2 year old really responds to her.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I rang them 23 hours before my initial appointment for my son, to tell them my car has broken down, an engine light has come on and it's telling me to take it to the dealer asap. We have no other 4 door cars. I am literally unable to get there, unless I take a bus and a train and spend an hour travelling with my toddler. Because I gave them late notice

I requested to book an appointment for my child in early August post a late July appointment with my childs ENT specialist. This was the earliest we could be fit in to see the ENT. Liane at reception advised Babble & Munch will not allow me to make an appointment that far in advance and I will have to call back closer to the date to be added to the waiting list again. As I have already been on the waiting list and want to book an appointment less than 3 months away, if there is availibility, I'm not sure why, they can't cater for confirmed bookings?For $1000+ for 2 visits where they don't want to take a booking, we will be looking for a business elsewhere that are happy to book us in if our appointment request date exceeds the wait list.
