Was an absolute scam, lucky I bought through a 3rd party (afterpay) and was refunded instantly. I paid for express shipping, and after 17 days of non-stop hassle, I called toll express, to find out toll hasn't received anything, just a shipping number was created by these scammers. I then, after little to no communication, get told by Revolution Industrial that I need to provide a photo of said package, full knowing they have my package" in the warehouse. They went as far as saying they had been in contact with toll

Bought a fitting for a fuel tank to run my generator longer and the fitting wont screw onto the tank that i bought as it gets fouled by the tank, bought it to their attention and they said that i had to buy 1 of their tanks after $90 down the drain - pathetic and they dont even make or have a small extender fitting to make it work on my tank - NOT very Revolutionary!! Im guessing they just imp[ort products and dont produce anything themselves - USELESS

Small business owner who purchased a new Tig torch online through Revolution industrial website was sent the wrong Tig torch. Contacted them sort the matter out as there website says 30 day no hassle returns" was told thats what you get there's nothing we can do to change it. Thanks for helping out the little guy. Will not be getting any more business from me."

I purchased genuine Gates replacement belts for my ride on mower and fully expected that such a mundane purchase would be treated as low priority, particular with the Xmas close down imminent. I was delighted how quickly my order was picked and dispatched and it was in my hands in just days, in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier and very pleasantly surprised.

Ordered items and was told there was a week delay, 2 months later i emailed them to see what was going on and was told they had been put on back order. i asked for a refund and had nothing but trouble.

Service is an absolute joke. Ordered an item by express post as a matter if urgency, over a week week still not here. Apparently they are trying to locate the item. Unbelievable!

Absolute joke. I ordered a few items from their website but only received part of my order. I have tried contacting them with no response in 2 weeks. I will be opening a dispute case with my bank for non delivered items. I will remove this review once they resolve this issue. Do better Revolution Industrial

Most modern day car engines are direct injection with PCV, which requires carbon cleaning treatment quite often on a regular basis. It’s a must do maintenance, not a nice to have. Which rotten car industry in the world would not want to tell the customers, a dirty secret.
