Had to get car re-registered. Everyone else was four weeks wait, Ford said leave it with us and we'll get to it ...maybe in a week or two. Honda service responded positively. Had it booked in 3 days later, took 2 hours to do and car was back on the road same day. Great customer experience!

Went in for a warranty issue with some window tint. No hassle. Getting it sorted.Was in there a good few months ago when my inlaws were looking for a vehicle more suited to their new mobility device needs, the staff were very understanding and helpful. Ended up buying a secondhand CRV from the dealership group.

Wonderful service, friendly and helpful. After multiple negative experiences at the southern dealership I was utterly shocked and how kind and helpful every staff member was. Every member I had dealings with took the time to politely assist me. I cannot thank the staff enough for going above and beyond their duties. After asking for the codes to unbridled my radio the lady immediately came to my car, took down the vin and ran it through the system. She gave me a written copy of all relevant codes for my car and also helped input the codes to confirm the operation. Fantastic! Thank you, well worth the drive from Hobart .

I was exceptionally impressed by the service I received from Dillon. There was absolutey no pressure to buy and he answered all my questions easily. The vehicle was above and beyond much better quality and styling than the others we compared in this price range as well. But the biggest HIGH FIVE to Dillon Reid for graciously waiting for me to take delivery of my car after kick off time on AFL grand final day!! A great experience, thankyou.
