Had a lovely wine tasting with Charlie as host.All the wines I tried by Charlie selection were absolutely exquisite.The view from the deck going down the hill is beautiful.Cellar door is very nice with lovely dogs for entertainments.Totallty recommend on your wine tasting tour in Orange !

I was recommended to visit de Salis cellar door by another couple of wineries. The first thing that impresses you is the location, one of the best I’ve ever been to. Great Pinot Noir selection, poured in a bracket in the correct glasses makes for a memorable experience. Loved the rustic and unpretentious vibe of the place, don’t miss it!!!Many thanks Ben

De Salis is one of the few cellar doors that I am happy to go back to again and again, even if the vintage hasn't changed. Here's where what's on offer differs from other wineries and cellar doors in the Orange region:1. Wine is phenomenal, has consistency within the brand and distinct value at each price point.2. Staff are welcoming, friendly, genuinely knowledgeable about the wine and passionate about their business.3. The cellar door is just that - somewhere to try what's on offer, learn about what they do and make a decision about a purchase. The venue is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but there's no gimmicks or helicopters or flashy polished concrete boxes. A real, down to earth family that invites you to be a part of what brings them joy.I strongly encourage you to visit De Salis and see what a true tasting experience should be. You'll find it hard to leave without a box in the boot and a membership to their wine club.Can't wait to see what the next vintage brings, and to visit the Svenson family again.

One of my favourite wine tasting experiences to date. The views are beautiful out on the deck. Looking across the vineyard was only more beautiful watching the rain pour in. The owners and staff were expeditionary knowledgeable and passionate about their wines. I loved the unique flavours and highly recommend the “wild”.

Authentic, family owned and run, excellent Fume Blanc, Pinot Noir, and the only in-Orange Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine. Lovely people. Really atmospheric and fabulous views.

My husband & I had one of best wine tasting experiences we have ever had at De Salis wines.It’s a family run business and that is obvious from the moment you walk in - we met Charlie, Loretta and Ben at our tasting who were absolutely wonderful. We also had the most in depth and knowledgable explanation of the wines we were tasting from the wonderful Anna. Can’t wait to continue to purchase beautiful De Salis wines!!

Nice beautiful scenery, and carries a number of nice vintage.They are the gentlemen's winery.Very pleasant host, considerate and accommodating. Wine tasting experience was very enjoyable and relaxing.

One of my 2 favourite wineries in the region. I love the wines, the location, the service and their exquisite attention to detail. It is very well thought out yet not pretentious at all with a lot of little hidden treasures" to explore around the winery. You can tell it is a family business and everything that is done here is done with love and passion. Excellent service

Some wineries do more than just tasting, they provide a memorable experience, and that is what Dr Salis gave us this afternoon. Ben was such a knowledgeable, attentive host; my mom and I had a great time learning about and tasting their delicious wines, overlooking the incredible view. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Came here a few years ago and back again.Amazing wines!! Family business, excellent service and they use nice wine glasses for the tasting to make it a quality experience.Nice deck area in summer and also a cosy indoor area which would be great for winter.The wines aren’t sold commercially- only to certain restaurants so you need to buy from their cellar door.Highly recommend De Salis Wines!
