Matt organised the delivery of an empty 20ft container in our driveway in Sydney, collected it full a week later, and organised the shipping to France. I received the container this week, no problem. What I particularly liked is the great level of communication, since the quotation stage all the way to the delivery to Le Havre port in France. Matt's good advices were also very much appreciated, and the price was also very competitive. We did business with Matt with peace of mind, and would do it again if needed. Ben & Kat.

Moving internationally - this is your guy! 5-star service. In July 2022 we moved from Sydney, Australia to New York, US - Matt made the whole process very easy and with us wanting to spend our last few days with our friends rather than packing, we added his packing service after we left (!) with easy reliable communication the whole way (and way better packing that we ever could have done). Once our 10m3 of stuff arrived in the US, Matt went above and beyond dealing with one of his US partners who added a significant fee that shouldn't have been included. After trying to talk to them he paid the fee out of pocket to release our things and resolve it with them after. This last bit was during his wedding week.. so sorry about this Matt but really appreciate your commitment. Will absolutely use Matt for future moves and highly recommend.

Our items were collected in Australia and received in Finland as per quoted timeline, and arrived in good condition.There were two issues with receiving our items:1. The depot to collect our goods from was in another nearby city, rather than the place we were quoted / had planned for2. We later received a €200 invoice for pallets and something else from the Finnish shipping company, despite the all-inclusive deal we had arrange with MYWHowever, both these problems were resolved by MYW to our satisfaction. They very quickly arranged a partial refund to reflect the inconvenience of collecting from Vuosaari rather than Espoo, and they also took care of the additional invoice with the agent in Finland.The communication with MYW has been efficient and speedy, and they also communicated well with the other agents and on our behalf.I would use MYW again

I recently repatriated to Ireland after 12 years living in Australia. Matt arranged for a container to travel from Brisbane to Cork with my personal belongings and my beloved motor vehicle. Everything arrived safe and secure in Ireland as Matt promised it would. Matt was absolutely amazing to deal with. He took all my calls and answered all my questions with infinite patience and understanding. He made the entire process far less stressful for me and I am eternally grateful for all the time and effort he put into getting my belongings to me in Ireland. Matt provided us with plenty of information ahead of our move to NZ and was a great help in mediating issues that arose with the freight company in Auckland. Shipping was fast and they have frequent departures.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! I used them back in 2016 for my relocation. They had forged the documents so it looked like I was moving 16m3 instead of the 9.7m3 that I actually was. I asked for my stuff back but they claimed they had already shipped it (which they originally told me wouldn't happen until they received payment) and that I needed to pay or face penalties. Thankfully I got in contact with the dock (Chalmers) where I dropped my stuff off and they were able to supply me with the actual measurement document (which MYW had erased the measurements and added their own).
