Really professional team. They have a wealth of knowledge and one of the most informative builders in Brisbane. I have a lot of confidence working with Joel and his team in knowing they will deliver what they promised. Definitely recommend for any renovations or new build.

We used Papst Group to renovate the ground floor of our 1890’s Queenslander. The job included internal stairs, rumpus room, 2 bedrooms and wet area (laundry, bathroom and toilet). WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! Joel and the team were fantastic to work with. From the beginning Joel was a great communicator, problem solver and adviser. Everything was well organised and finished to TOP QUALITY. They cared about their work and treated our house as if it was their own home they were renovating - with care, respect and attention to detail. To genuinely enjoy a renovation is a rare experience, but we can honestly say we loved the process from start to finish. We highly recommend Papst Group.

I discovered the Papst Building Group website during the very early stages of planning a bathroom/laundry renovation on the ground floor of a sixteen year old inner city townhouse I purchased two years ago. Joel and his wife Michaela attended within several days of contact and provided a detailed quote soon after. Another local builder also attended however did not provide a quote as promised while other builders did not show up after arranging to do so. Another quality builder I contacted from Hipages also inspected the site and provided a quote similar to Papst. I made the decision to proceed with Papst and am delighted with the work carried out from start to finish by Joel and his tradesmen. The job was finished on time and the quality of workmanship definitely First Class. Everyone who visits notes the beautiful wall and floor tiling craftmanship. Also, Joel advises prior if for any reason he or tradesmen are unable to attend on some days. I would not hesitate recommending Papst and about to begin the kitchen renovation in coming weeks, The main bathroom and ensuite later in 2020. A great Australian family business. In short, we engaged Papst after being recommended, they completed the work on time, on budget and to an exceptional level.We approached Joel and Michaela to quote on extensive renovations at our new home after they completed works for 2 friends who absolutely raved about their experience, they certainly lived up to the hype. From our initial consultation through to practical completion, their communication, professionalism and attention to detail has been second to none.We were very impressed with Joel's management of his team of subcontractors, he's cultivated a friendly and highly skilled team. Michaela's communication kept us in the loop on costs so we understood at all times where we were as far as costs, and up do date on trade attendance and project milestones.

My experiences with Papst Building Group, from the first interaction with Michaela to the last with Joel, was exceptional. Both were extremely professional and the contractors Joel works with, equally so. I was given an excellent quote that covered everything. Joel made sure that all aspects were taken care of and any issues explained in detail. They were the cleanest contractors, on time, excellent craftmanship, polite and all round it has been a great experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough, you will not be making a mistake by engaging Joel & Michaela.
