Trades man been sent out was very honest and nice, but the tools this company sending there workers out with - Kmart Vacuum Cleaner, Ozito Buffer, some sort of home made water base solution - and the main thing from the moment they come in - WE CAN'T PROMISE WE CAN CLEAN IT. so whats the point of you coming anyway ?? won't use them again, and won't recommend to anyone.

I have used Yellow Brick Road exclusively for 16 years. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. They aren't hacks, they don't come and drown your carpet and are masters with stains (god willing of course)

Yellow Brick Road were responsive, professional and great to deal with. They managed to clean and deodorize my hand knotted rug which had stains, wax and odours from being left in storage. I highly recommend YBR to anyone looking for a quality clean and service.

They did a great job of communicating with me and servicing my needs. My couches and kitchen chairs looked amazing. He worked really hard on my rug and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and invested in doing his best job. I am very happy with how my rug came out as well. Very professional and knowledgeable, I will use them again.
