Love love love Napoleon Canberra! Staff are so friendly & helpful, bookings are so easy & everything is such good quality & value. Jacob is an absolute artist! Ive have had my makeup done there now 3 times & i just wish I'd known about it earlier!! Never disappoints!!

Loved my make over, felt really cared for and beautiful

I have called Napoleon Perdis Canberra number the phone was answered and going into 10 mins Im still on hold. I'm patient but going into over 10 mins Im thinking can someone reassure me that I have not been forgotten. Anyway whilst I'm waiting I read the reviews and Jacob seems to be the make-up artist to see or book with. I have given 3stars because I still have not been assisted and if the female voice at the other end remembers that I am on hold.

I would not recommend this for anyone who isn't fair-skinned. Unfortunately I had a pretty terrible experience during a make-up booking I made pre an event in which my South Asian skin could not be matched to any of the foundations in this store only catered to a specific group so they actually used my own MAC foundation which is ridiculous given I'd made a make-up booking a week out and you could likely tell from my name I'm not white. The staff member Helen ? even laughed 'I can't just make up a match out the back' when the girl doing my makeup asked if anything could be blended which was unprofessional and insensitive when done in earshot of client - It's 2022. If you're not offering services for all Australians - make that clear and don't accept bookings to then disappoint. I'm the one who had to offer the solution of using my own makeup then only paying a reduced amount. Further to this it took about 20 minutes of chatting to come up with concepts and match colours - eating into appointment time which I sensed came from inexperience.please do better staff and Napolean Perdis. I will not be returning here again and will be warning others it's not as professional as hoped based on the good reviews.

Sheree is the best makeup artist I’ve ever had so grateful to have my makeup done by her! Customer service was amazing, she was such an angel. 100% worth the money!!!

This place left me completely heartbroken. They cancelled my appointment the morning of my event and with such short notice it was impossible to find someone else.

I had my makeup done for the first time at Napoleon Perdis yesterday after flying in from interstate for a wedding. The staff were friendly and helpful.Having had my makeup done by a freelance HMUA for an event the week before the make up application was like night and day! Thank you Napoleon Perdis Canberra!

Most beautiful staff member. Helen was incredibly patient and went out of her way to ensure both my friend and I were thoroughly looked after. She was so so so kind and genuinely one of the nicest almost personable staff members i’ve ever met in Canberra. Beautiful artistry.
