Good place to shop for daily necessities. Some e tracks in the bakery and fruits/vegetables sections were empty and out of stock on a weekday afternoon. But in Central, was a good experience with a lot of discounted items and fast self checkout.

I've never experienced such sour, rude and completely hostile staff as I have come across at this place. Their behaviour is completely unacceptable and they should be fired.

Unfortunately my experiences the past couple times at this Woolworths with my elderly clients have been awful. The store itself and rest of the staff are great! But a certain member named Grace either needs a holiday or to just leave. I understand customer facing jobs can be tiring, but to forcibly do an Aldi throw of the food in the checkout is disgusting. A dozen eggs just smashed due to her carelessness. Not only that but her attitude towards some of the oldies in the checkouts is poor. Customer service is hard, but it’s not hard to be kind.

I'm so over shopping here! Your staff need to be taught just because someone is heavily tattooes doesn't mean with are thieves and are going to steal. My tattooes alone cost more than a small car. Yes I'm tattooed and employeed as well.Yet I'm made to feel like I'm stealing. Every time I've been in here at the self serve checkout. I get watched like a hawk, the employee will generally never walk away from me.23/04 11.09am register 120

If you have a spare 30 minutes to stand in line for the checkout this place is perfect. Flat out busy 3 checkouts open or 6 self serve checkouts. When i get staff discount i will use self serve, until then open more checkouts!

Terrible resourcing of staff. 1 person on counter while 4 loaded trolleys waiting and blocking isles.Your staff can see the issue and no one is taking control or ownership.Not good and bad image for Wesfarmers.

Everything you would expect from the big chain. Lots of produce and lots of stock with a wide selection. They have a lot of products that cater for dietary requirements along with fresh sushi being made in store.Staff are friendly and there are loads of checkouts open often for quick service.
