Have been going there for yearsAlways done really good nails but lately service has slipped from being under staffedPretty disappointing

Lorn is just amazing! She is such a skilled nail technician, listens to your requests, perfects your desired shape and suggests amazing colours to try. The salon is modern, very clean and tidy with an array of nail colours to choose from. I also love the drinks menu available. Easy parking and none of the hustle and bustle of a busy shopping centre.

The worst nail service. I used to come here regularly. But since my last visit, they have changed their stafffs. They didn't do any manicure part, cutting the cuticle and all. They don't even know how to speak in English. On top of that they charged me extra $10 from there regular price. Never coming back again!

Wow! I wish I looked at the reviews before going. I asked how much for pedicure and acrylics was told $85. At the end I was charged $100 because I got a design but was never told it was extra. My friend also was charged the same amount as me and she only got infills. I came in with red regular nail polish on and the technician didn’t take it all off. You can still see it. My nail polish is under even and most nails have bumps and bubbles under them. The technician got my nails a few times and was quite rude actually. Only went here because polish nails were busy. Won’t come back.

This has been my go-to nail place for 3 years now. They have best customer service and friendly.Recently I have been going with Sandy! She is absolutely the best and make sure that you are happy with the nails.Love it here!

I was running late from work and got to the shop 5 minutes before closing time. The staff was very friendly and offered to let me do a full set pedicure. The pedicure was done perfectly!! Really happy about this place!!

Best nail salon I have ever been to! Best manicure and pedicure I have ever had, very clean and pretty place. Also did a fantastic job of waxing and tinting my eyebrows!I am so happy and I will definitely be coming back regularly ☺️

I went to golden nails on a Sunday, they weren’t very busy but they did only have two staff on at the time. I went with a friend and we started off with one shellac full set nails and a manicure and a normal colour. Then we decided for me to change to a set of acrylics with a design on them. It was a bit complicated to explain to one of the staff what I wanted and they also took forever to even start on my friends very simple nails. they didn’t even start mine the first time we went there, they asked us if we wanted to come back later as we had a lunch reservation. We came back about an hour later time and the first lady started doing my nails within 10 minutes of me sitting down mind you we were waiting for about 30-45 minutes before they started my friends nails the first time we went. I showed the lady my design and she started working on the base of my nails and she was very gentle when using the filing machine which is what I liked most about my experience there because I have been to places and they make your nails bleed around the sides from being too rough with the filing machine. Then they switch people and she did my design she was so focused and careful I absolutely love my nails and they were totally worth the wait as they came out amazing. i would defiantly go back again but i would just make a reservation first!

I have been coming here for a fair few months now, I have always had great experiences, my nails always turn out so much better than expected, I love the shape and style and the ladies who do the nails listen to what you're looking for. I have read a lot of low reviews, and whilst most people tend to only post a review when they have a bad experience, I wanted to post one because I really enjoy this nail salon. Luckily I have no had a bad experience at all, I just wanted to write this to let people know that these ladies are amazing at SNS and I have had a lovely experience every time I do go with no negative things happen.
