At last, a team of tradespeople who are profssional and courteous, with integrity. They messaged prior to arrival, arrived ON TIME and cleaned up after the job was finished. They consulted me on minor problems prior to taking corrective actions, kept me informed on the stages of the installation, and were quick and thorough. In an industry full of shonky operators with dubious credentials, these guys stand out as true professionals. If you are considering a solar solution, don't waste your time and money, choose Patinum Solar Group.

Simon and the guys were great. They worked as a team that really knew what they were doing. They were perfectionist when it came to aligning the panels and finishing the wiring. They answered all my questions along the way including suggested future placement for an EV power charger. We are pleased with Platinum Solar. Mina and his team reassured us that the solar solution recommended was appropriate for our home and the price point for the installation was more than reasonable. We had a SunGrow inverter and battery retrofitted into our existing system by the Platinum guys. They offered a fair price with a reassuring technical know-how positioning themselves far above most installers we approached. The installation was seamless, fast, very neat, working beautifully. We had some unusual requirements and they were all considered and incorporated.This is a group of experienced, knowledgeable, energetic and very organised professionals. We had Platinum Solar install a 10.3kW system on our home on the weekend. Ahmed, Tommy and Simon were a pleasure to deal with. They were efficient, pleasant natured and cleaned up after the install. Everything necessary was explained to my satisfaction and I was invited to go up onto the roof and check their work, all excellent.As an old tradie I was impressed with the truck set up. You can tell when someone cares about what they do when all their tools and parts are neatly stored.I had three quotes and from my first interaction with Mina and the way the quote was presented I knew that Platinum were genuine and serious about what they do. I would be happy to recommend them to others looking to install solar.

Platinum Solar Group are the best!!!! When no other company would go near my roof (because of its steep pitch), the team at Platinum Solar were more than happy to do the job. Paul was great to deal with from the initial enquiry and follow up, Mina took the time to explain the whole process when I attended the office and Ahmed and the boys were super efficient and polite when the panels got installed. They came across a cracked roof tile and replaced it for me as well as removed a whole lot of unnecessary roof packing foam that had been left by the builders when the house was built. They then stayed and showed me how to log onto the app and took the time to explain the digital readings. My bills have now gone from $1500 per quarter to about $450 per quarter (and that's without a battery). I couldn't be happier with the team from Solar Platinum Group. Do yourself a favour if you are considering them, I'm so glad I did. (My panels were installed in November 22, so sorry it took me this long to write a review).

Ahmed and his team were awesome! It wasn’t the best conditions and they pulled it off without hesitation. Their work is near and tidy and because we hadn’t planned ahead with the solar, and needed conduits run, they managed to install them in a way which we were able to cover up with ease! 100% recommended!
