Joseph is simply an incredible, talented stylist and a fantastic & welcoming person. I came in wanting help and he made me feel incredibly comfortable and surpassed my expectations. I travelled from Penrith to see him and based on what he has accomplished, I will continue to do so because not only is he talented but I trust him and his work.

I look forward to my appointments with Joseph because not only is he an incredible hair stylist, but genuinely a great person too!I’ve been getting hair extensions from Joseph on and off for a few years now and they are honestly the best quality. Very natural, very easy to look after and they last a long time! No one even knows I have them unless I tell them :)I Can’t recomment Joe enough.

I wanted to try a different hair extension technique when I came across Joe. I have contacted him and he has offered me a free consultation. I was there for an hour and he was amazing. He sounded very knowledgable and trustworthy. He followed up with a message and I decided to go ahead with the keratin extensions. OMG! To say I am over the moon it is under statement. He did a fabulous job. I am so happy with the technique, the quality of the hair, the hair type and colour he has chosen and how easy it is to maintain. I won't go anywhere else. He is the master!

⭐️A very late but well deserved review 5 years ago I was totally devastated to have lost all my beautiful long hair due to chemotherapy and with only 1 cm of length of my new hair THE MOST AMAZING AND VERY TALENTED JOSEPH MOURAD was able to apply human hair extensions to my hair and spent countless hours with kindness and compassion every step of the way ,I will never forget what he did for me ever bless you Joseph not only for being so kind and compassionate but also for giving me a huge step back to my recovery . blessings to you always. Amazing job! I'm very picky when it comes to finding someone to cut my hair, and Joseph Mourad surpassed my expectations. He's my go-to guy now!

Joseph has become extremely unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful. He has done my hair well for 5 years but I have lost patience with the way he operates his business and treats me as a person. He also has a new colourist who is unskilled and standoffish. She literally had one job to do and couldn’t even get that right.Firstly, Joseph always runs very late and has zero communication skills. In my last interaction, he didn’t respond to my text message and I had to call twice to get the appointment confirmed. Then at the appointment, he was running over 45 minutes late and continued to converse with the previous client (even after her hair was done) while I was just sitting there waiting. Joseph did not even apologise for making me wait. It is absolutely unacceptable for anyone to be running so late without informing the client beforehand.After telling Joseph what I wanted done with my hair, he just delegated the colouring service to the new woman then proceeded to cut other people’s hair. He would engage with them in conversation, meanwhile I was just left there alone. Joseph didn’t even bother to tell me the other person would be doing my hair or introduce me to her.The new colourist made no attempt to talk to me, answer my questions properly or even ask how I am. She projected very bad vibes and negative energy and didn’t seem interested in doing my hair. There were two occasions where Joseph had to tell her she wasn’t doing her job properly (she didn’t prioritise colouring certain parts of my hair and didn’t wipe off dye on my ears). As a paying customer, I really do not appreciate being made to feel like a random experimental hair model for trainees at a hairdressing school.This woman left hair dye on my ears and face and I have never had this happen to me before. It’s been 3 days and it looks like I have developed some weird skin condition, but of course, it’s just hair dye stain. There is also uneven colour distribution at the bottom of my hair which is red and patchy. It was supposed to all be lighter than the roots but the colour looks the same all over. My mum could have done a better job colouring my hair in the garden.I had asked twice how long the service would take and she said 45 minutes / I will be out before 5pm but it took over 2.5 hours, not to mention the nearly one hour wait. I actually had a meeting to attend to and missed out on some of it all because of Joseph’s tardiness and disregard for my time and presence.Joseph has also been making crude comments and dumb jokes which has made me feel uncomfortable. He really had the audacity to charge a premium price for his amateur colourist to dye my hair in his mediocre looking salon.Obviously I won’t be back.

Joseph was so kind and attentive. I have never walked out of a salon loving my hair until I went to Joseph’s. I’m so happy with my hair now - he really knows his stuff and takes the time to listen and educate him on your hair endeavours. He had a really great way with opening up the salon to be so friendly and kind with all the clients! It was the best experience in a hair salon I’ve ever had!

I am so impressed with his professionalism and just how he is so pedantic and genuinely concerned with my hair type and how it should be treated. He used the highest quality straightening product that hasnt dried out my very curly hair. Will def go back to him again!

Working as a full-time model and having stylists use heat and product daily my hair causes havoc. I was struggling with fullness and volume so I decided to put just a few hair pieces in so that my hair would be picture perfect all the time. I was terrified that the extensions would damage my real hair but with Josephs technique and care I was ecstatic with the results and now have my extensions taken out and re done by him every few months.
