Burgers are definitely better! Even the chicken burgers are tastier! Bottomless drinks is an added bonus. A little bit on the pricey side, especially after they add the GST on your final bill!

The burgers where huge, (dripping in oil though)We got 2 large double burger meals and 3 tenders, came to nearly $50. Couldn't finish the burgers they were so big. They were nice and fresh, but to me tasted like a HJ whopper.Chicken was nice. Service was very quick.

Never againI tried this place a few months ago and it was disappointing.I went on Friday 25/11/2022 and received a burger that I could not stop laughing at. See the picture and see for yourself

I gave the cashier at the drive thru a $50 for my meal and wasn't given the correct change. When I was being handed the correct amount the notes were let fly away

Been wanting to try Carl’s Jr. I ordered chicken BLT which wasn’t so bad but their chips was the most soggy Ive ever had. Id rather go in hungry jacks than go back in this place.

Huge fan of Carl's Jr. Usually go to the Kilburn store.This time I was already In Westlake and thought we'd pick up some food.Drive-through was quick. Service was pleasant and prompt.But when the food arrived, we were hugely disappointed.The burger was dry.The chips were re cooked and very soggy. We ordered the waffle chips. They were not whole chips, but small soggy bits. Big letdown.Have a look at pictures and judge if for yourself.

This is my second visit to a Carl's Jr. Both were pretty bad. The chips were soggy and tasted slightly raw. The cheese burger was poorly constructed and tasted similar to a macdonalds cheese burger. Kids were asking if it was really chicken in the nuggets. Certainly didn't taste like chicken. The ranch sauce was nice. Staff were friendly.Portobello burger was nice.
