BTG Mechanical & Performance

Contacted looking for a few upgrades for car, first three times visiting I was promised a call back never to receive one ; messaged them on facebook and was told they didn't have a receptionist currently (as an excuse for not following up). Asked the same questions over messenger (guy didn't seem too keen to give any knowledge to a person who doesn't have a mechanics knowledge of the inner workings of cars) and after meeting in person was told the owner would source the parts needed. This was over November/December. Last I heard from them was in January, when they were telling me the person they were attempting to source the part from wasn't responding.I emailed them myself that day, they responded the next day.I wish I could rate this zero out of five stars, but I can't.

Went to BTG for a re-tune to my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited - 3.0 litre diesel. Terrific job, 30% increase in torque & 22% increase in power in the low to mid range, exactly as requested for towing our caravan. We did a 3000+ km trip with the caravan after the re-tune and the Jeep performed faultlessly, didn't find a hill we couldn't accelerate up. Fuel economy remained good. Excellent job, very happy with the result.
