My puppy had an emergency this morning with something lodged in her ear- they were so understanding and squeezed us in first thing despite never being customers there before, the vet was so caring and it was all fixed within 10 minutes! The cost at the end was super reasonable too. Definitely recommend

GET ALL QUOTE FORMALISED AND SENT VIA EMAIL TO AVOID DISHONESTY.I have taken my dogs here a few times for vaccines and check ups and never had an issue. The advice from the vet regarding anxiety wasn't the best and she was supposed to discuss it with a colleague and get back to us which she never did.But today was the frustrating day. We had received a 10% discount email for scale and polish for one of our dogs. We rang to book in and get a price. We were quoted $624 for a scale and police and bloods prior. We were also told the 10% would be applied when we came to pay.Today we have taken our dogs in. The price including bloods is now $650 and that's now including the 10%.They were not listening to my concerns around the price. It's not about the actual cost but about the dishonesty with pricing. They should have formalised a quote and I should have asked for a formalised quote so there was no discrepancies but I don't like this from any company.I went back and took my dog home without the treatment being done. I will go elsewhere with both my dogs now.There are cheaper, better and more knowledgeable vets in the area.

Came here to get my cat checked out after some minor concerns. They were happy to see her on short notice and she was tended to very quickly and the problem wasn't that big and easily sorted with medication.It is pretty expensive though but that's to be expected with Vets unfortunately. That's the only sticking point for me. Otherwise service was friendly and professional.

We engaged Dr. Chad at Vetwest Currambine to perform shoulder OCD surgery on my 17 month old Golden Retriever in April. I cannot recommend him enough! After it taking months to finally get a diagnosis (Xrays showed nothing), we were booked in to have the procedure done within 3 weeks with Dr Chad - at a far better price than was quoted elsewhere as well. Not only was the whole experience really easy, but the work he did on our boy was phenomenal. Barely any lameness even bounding out of the clinic after the surgery! From limping after any exercise, to completely symptom free (even after huge runs and intense play at the dog park) within 8 weeks. He's such a bouncy pup I am over the moon we're able to have our boy back, and can do ALL of the fun things with him now he's better.

We had to make the difficult decision to put our dear 12 year old cat Milly to sleep who was not recovering from major cancer surgery undertaken by a different vet practice. Dr Dazlyn and the reception staff showed great compassion, sympathy and kindness to us during what was a very sad time for our family. Thank you
